Complaints

 

These are the conditions that we use for a complaint:
- Unused products that show a defect will be reimbursed or replaced.

- You must notify us of the complaint as soon as possible, but no later than the trial period of 14 days after receipt.

 

We can take in and examine products that have been put into use and show a defect. We need proof of purchase to process a complaint. Upon receipt, we will assess the complaint and submit it to the supplier. In most cases, we will respond to the complaint within a few days. In some cases, the product will be sent to the supplier for assessment. In that case, we will respond to the complaint within 4 weeks.

 

When a product is worn out within the warranty period due to very intensive or incorrect use, all warranty expires. This also applies if adjustments have been made to the product.
