Q: How long does a cleaning session take?
A: The duration depends on the type of furniture or carpet:
- Dining chair: ± 15 minutes per chair
- Sofa: 60 - 120 minutes (depending on size and level of dirt)
- Carpet/rug: 45 - 90 minutes
- Car interior: 90 - 165 minutes

Q: How does the furniture and carpet cleaning process work?
A: We use a professional deep-cleaning technique that removes dirt, dust, and bacteria deep within the fibers. Our process includes:

- Pre-treatment: Stubborn stains are treated with specialized cleaning agents.
- Deep cleaning: Powerful equipment loosens and extracts dirt.

Q: How long does it take for my furniture or carpet to dry?
A: The average drying time is between 8 and 24 hours, depending on the fabric type and ventilation. We recommend opening windows or using a fan to speed up the drying process.
Q: Can you remove all stains?
A: We achieve excellent results, but 100% stain removal cannot always be guaranteed. Stains such as ink, paint, urine, or old coffee stains may leave a slight shadow.
Q: Are your cleaning products safe?
A: Yes! We use eco-friendly and hypoallergenic cleaning products that are safe for children, pets, and allergy sufferers.

Q: What happens if I’m not home at the scheduled time?
A: If you are not present at the agreed time, we will charge 35% of the cleaning cost (minimum €50,-).
Q: What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
A: We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with the results, let us know within 5 working days at info@sofa-carpetcleaning.nl, and we’ll find a suitable solution.
Orders & returns
Q: How does ordering cleaning products work?
A: We offer eco-friendly cleaning products that you can order through our webshop. Some products are shipped directly from our supplier.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: The estimated delivery time is stated with each product. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days.
Q: Can I return a product?
